TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing a booking with CA Events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• CA Events is an adult entertainment agency in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This website may contain images or material that are sexually explicit in nature and may be offensive to some people.
• You must be 18 years or over to view this website and to book any services that we provide.
• A deposit is required within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Your booking is not secure until the required deposit has been received.
• For health and safety reasons, there must be a clean and safe area for our waitresses to do their show. There must also be toilet facilities available onsite.
• The use of phones and video recording devices are strictly prohibited during any of our performer’s shows or whilst our waitresses are onsite. If a patron does wish to take a photo or a video, permission must be granted by the waitress or agent before doing so. If this is declined, you must respect their decision. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the performer or wait staff cancelling or leaving the booking. No refund will be given.
• Performers and waitresses should not be touched inappropriately at any stage. Some performers may allow some guided touching during their shows. In this instance the patron must only touch in the areas the performer has allowed. Failure to comply with this condition it may result in the performer cancelling or leaving the booking. No refund will be given.
• Patrons must treat the performers and waitresses with respect at all times. Any verbal abuse, derogatory comments made or throwing items towards/at the performer or waitresses is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this condition the performer may cancel or leave the booking. No refund will be given.
• Waitresses will always call when they arrive from a private number, the booked time starts when they arrive at the event.

By booking a performer or waitress with CA Events you the customer agree to the following terms:

• CA Events is a booking agent and uses the services of independent contractors. CA Events accept no liability or responsibility for any contractor’s actions at or during a booking. The contractor is solely responsible for their own liability insurance and professional indemnity to cover any liability that may occur at or during a booking.
